Tonkatsu Sangi is a family owned Japanese restaurant that has newly opened its doors. Carrying over the legacy of Goma-ichi Ramen (est. 1995) and original tonkatsu recipes from Ishige Michiko, Tonkatsu Sangi aims to bring both authentic Tonkatsu and Ramen together. Whether it be our beloved Nanban Fried Chicken, original homemade Tonkatsu sauce or any of our Ramen broths, the original recipes that were passed down have stayed the same and true to maintain authenticity.
